We have always taken infection control very seriously, and in light of the current situation, we have upgraded our protocols. We are increasing the frequency of our sanitizing procedures for the front area and the bathroom. We are limiting the number of patients in our waiting room. We will be asking a series of screening questions and taking the temperatures of both staff and patients.   We have screen shields set up and sanitizing lotion available for our patients.

In the operatories, we have installed a special exhaust to help freshen the air quickly. Patients will have a special pre-procedure rinse to use. We have to keep our masks up and cannot shake hands with you, but know that we are smiling underneath them!
